BlockyCritic only works if reviews are honest and on-topic. These guidelines are the rules every review is held to, by both our AI screener and human moderators.
What a good review looks like
- You have actually played the experience you are reviewing — even briefly.
- You explain why you gave the rating you did, not just the score.
- It is specific: gameplay, balance, performance, community, updates, monetisation.
- Negative reviews are fine. Criticism is welcome as long as it is fair.
Not allowed
Spam, scams, and off-topic
- Promo codes, referral links, paid-shoutout requests.
- “Get free Robux at …” style links.
- Reviews that talk about a different game than the page they’re on.
- Repeated copy-pasted reviews across many games.
Harassment and hate
- Personal attacks on developers or other players.
- Slurs, hate speech, or content targeting protected groups.
- Encouraging others to harass an account.
Sexual content
BlockyCritic is age-mixed because Roblox is. We do not allow sexual content, sexualised descriptions of characters, or any sexual content involving minors.
Personal information
- Do not post other people’s real names, addresses, phone numbers, school, or Discord without their consent.
- Do not dox developers.
Coordinated or fake reviews
- Reviews you were paid or asked to post must disclose that relationship. Undisclosed paid reviews are removed.
- Mass-coordinated review brigading — positive or negative — is removed.
Reporting
If you see something that breaks these rules, use the Report button on the review. Tell us which rule it breaks and add detail if you can. We review reports daily.
Enforcement
First violations usually result in the offending review being hidden. Repeated or serious violations can lead to your account being suspended.
